C0VID Under Question: Mr Julian Gillespie

Mr Julian Gillespie is a retired lawyer and former barrister who has come out of retirement to fight the legal battle against the COVID vaccination. He believes that the Australian people have not been given accurate information around COVID deaths, and deaths from the COVID vaccinations.
He is currently managing proceedings in the Federal Court of Australia related to “Australian Vaccination-Risks Network Incorporated v. Secretary, Department of Health.”
COVID UNDER QUESTION is a cross-party inquiry into the Government’s response to COVID held on 23rd March 2022. COVID Under Question was hosted by Senator Malcolm Roberts (One Nation Federal Senator for Queensland) and attended by Stephen Andrew (One Nation Queensland State MP for Mirani), George Christensen (Federal Nationals MP for Dawson), Gerard Rennick (Federal Liberal Senator for Queensland), Alex Antic (Federal Liberal Senator for South Australia) and Craig Kelly (Federal Palmer United Australia MP for Hughes).
Parliamentarians heard from a range of Doctors, experts, economists and everyday people about how the Government’s response to COVID has affected them and at times defied belief. The absurdity of Chief Health Officer dictates and power hungry politicians is all laid bare.

The people of Australia are clearly under attack by AHPRA, and are losing their lives/being injured through this entities actions. They have effectively declared war on the people of Australia.
Send in the Army sort out AHPRA, to defend he people of Australia from this entity that is waging a war against the people.
They are clearly an enemy operating within the “single border 12 miles off the coast”.

Are you looking into the legality of the mandates?
If so will you please investigate the status of a business which has mandated that its employees have the jab in order to hold their job.
In particular look at the insurance status of these companies because I believe that no insurance policies cover the company for adverse reactions from any “vaccines” that are not yet fully approved and might beclassified as being experimental medical procedures.
IF these companies have insurance coverage that does not cover the emplyee for any adverse reactions then they are breaking the llaw by operating without proper insurance cover and should be closed down until they obtain this cover… this irregardless of any fed gvt indemnity cover.
I believe it is incumbent upon each business to obtain inwriting from their insurer that they are fully covered in mandating the jab to their employees.

Every interview with Julian I’ve seen now, I’ve ended-up completely gobsmacked…they knew, it was all planned, that’s why it’s all full-steam-ahead in Australia, despite mandates and restrictions dropping in other countries.
Not at all surprised to hear it was all absolutely a federal initiative being fed to the individual states to bring to fruition. We suspected as much but definitely great to hear the evidence of such. Surely this stuff can’t be ignored by the court?!
