Applicants for Victoria Police still must be “fully vaccinated” (this includes “booster shots” however it’s not made clear how many exactly are required).
This would massively drive down interest. Nobody wants to risk a heart attack or neurological disease for a cop wage.
This could all be part of a deliberate ploy to replace local cops with foreigners, who would naturally be less sentimental to the local population; more obedient to state directives.
