DOJ Accuses Utah Surgeon Of Giving Fake COVID-19 Vaccines to Children, Selling Vaccine Cards

The court documents say the surgeon and his crew were selling vax cards for $50 cash or in exchange for “donations to a specified charitable organization.”
A surgeon and two other employees at a Utah medical practice have been accused of selling fake COVID-19 vaccination cards and giving saline shots in place of COVID-19 vaccines to children.
The surgeon, Dr. Michael Kirk Moore Jr., ran the fake vaccine card and vaccination scheme out of the Plastic Surgery Institute of Utah Inc.
Department of Justice allegations claim Moore, 58, was working with his neighbor, Kristin Jackson Andersen, 59, to “liberate the medical profession from government and industry conflicts of interest.”
Moore and Jackson, along with the practice’s office manager and receptionist are believed to have destroyed nearly $30,000 worth of COVID vaccinations and given at least 1,900 fake vaccination cards out.

Allegedly, Moore would willfully give children saline shots if their parents requested. This would fool the children into thinking they are receiving the COVID-19 vaccine.
Moore and the three other suspects are being charged with conspiracy to defraud the United States; conspiracy to convert, sell, convey, and dispose of government property; and conversion, sale, conveyance, and disposal of government property and aiding and abetting.
Their court date is Thursday, Jan. 26 at 2:00 PM, The Hill reported.
The DOJ is accusing Moore and his defendants of endangering the youth by tricking them into thinking they were vaccinated while also undermining public trust in healthcare. “By allegedly falsifying vaccine cards and administering saline shots to children instead of COVID-19 vaccines, not only did this provider endanger the health and well-being of a vulnerable population but also undermined public trust and the integrity of federal health care programs,” Curt Muller, a special agent within the Department of Health of Human Services, said.
