Employer Demanding You Get the Vax???
EMPLOYER DEMANDING YOU GET THE VAX ???
Here is another approach…
1. Demand the material safety data sheet (MSDS) for the vax, otherwise they can’t compel you to take it as everything must have an MSDS.
2. Ask them which act (law) actually compels you to take the vax.
3. If the boss failed to cite an act or MSDS, notify worksafe and raise a case number with them. Tell the boss you will raise a complaint with worksafe.
4. If the boss says you’re suspended until the worksafe case is complete, you’ll still get paid during it.
