Russia claims 350 cryocontainers with blood serum samples were transferred from the Public Health Centre of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine to a reference laboratory for infectious diseases at Australia’s Doherty Institute under the pretext of determining antibody titers … A 2005 document shows a $15M agreement signed between the US DoD and Ukraine’s Health Ministry to support biological weapons research in Lvov, Kiev, and Odessa.

When recently asked about a document that shows pathogens were sent from the US DoD laboratory in Lvov and delivered to his Institute around the last week of February, Peter Doherty replied that he had “no idea what this is about but will try to find out”
