The Sunlight Converts the Cholesterol in Your Skin Into Vitamin D
By British Nursing Alliance, The People’s Nurses
Every cell has a vitamin D receptor.
The mitochondria, the power house, in your cell needs vitamin D to make the fluid.
This fluid is also nutrition for your immune cells.
We rely on the electrical field of the sun during the day to make this fluid in the mitochondria. (Trees do it differently. Even dogs do it differently).
You need to be outside in the mid day sun as much as possible until the skin changes colour slightly. Then cover up.
DO NOT WEAR SUNSCREEN EVER.
Your body can store vitamin D.
SUPPLEMENT IN THE WINTER ALSO
Our bodies are amazing. Our Lord created us that way.
