Aemo Calls for $12,700,000,000 in Additional Subsidies for Chinese Solar Panels & Wind Turbines
By Craig Kelly
AEMO (Australian Energy Market Operator) is the taxpayer funded advertising agency for the Renewables Industry.
They are now calling for taxpayers to to cough up $12.7 billion in subsidies for new interconnectors for the solar/wind. That’s around $2000 for each household of 4 people.
These interconnectors would be completely unnecessary if we just maintained & eventually replaced our existing coal fired power stations – at a fraction of the cost.
The Liberals should have cleaned out AMEO and put engineers & business people in charge instead of global warming zealots. But the Liberals were too weak.
In a true market ‘’renewables investors’’ (the financial backers of the Greens & Teals) would have to pay for these to connect to the grid, but these subsidies just make it easier for renewable investors to make money.
The Communist Party officials in China must be thrilled.
