Bali has long been a popular holiday destination for tourists including Australians, but now it’s also becoming an ex-pat destination, as many Australians flee the high cost of living in Australia for cheaper Bali property and lifestyle. Some also are looking to have as a holiday home, or a Plan B, in case Australia wins the most locked down nation in the world again, if lockdowns return.
Australian Property Developers are also shifting their focus to Bali to market back to cashed-up Australians, who are sitting on record levels of equity, after the recent years of booming property prices.
