Old German saying, ‘force a man against his will, he’s of the same opinion still’. It’s not good that people will be forced to get animal based food out of their diet but the hope is that, once you do it, it’s goodness is so inherently compelling, the human heart will embrace it. Americans are lucky too. There’s lots of faux dairy products and when people start buying more of it, R&D will make even more and better.
Quick note, I have learned so much living in Ukraine. Currently, I rent a room from a poor Ukrainian woman name is Elena. I lived in hostels a lot but this is my first experience living with an old school, poor Ukrainian and I learned so much from her too. What does she eat? Bread, cabbage, potatoes, beets, carrots. The plants that are cheapest and easiest to grow too. Eating with Elena, I learned to eat it too, and it’s good. Thank you Elena. Thank you Adams.
