Sheila Annette Lewis, an Alberta resident, is facing a life-threatening condition that requires an organ transplant to survive. Despite proving her natural immunity to COVID-19, Alberta Health Services (AHS) and contracted doctors insisted that she and her family must receive the COVID-19 shots and boosters if she wanted the life-saving surgery. However, Ms. Lewis, citing safety concerns and her existing natural immunity, refused to comply with their demands.

With legal support from Umar Sheikh of Sheikh Legal, Ms. Lewis pursued a medical malpractice lawsuit against AHS and the doctors involved. Eventually, they reached a satisfactory deal, the terms of which were kept confidential. The fact that an agreement was reached suggests that AHS acknowledged some wrongdoing in denying Ms. Lewis the necessary care. This not only signifies the concerns of those denied access to life-saving healthcare, but it also highlights the doubts held by AHS and their contracted doctors.

Unfortunately, Sheila Annette Lewis is not the only one in Alberta who has been denied life-saving medical care due to COVID-19 vaccination status. Joanie, another individual in need of an organ transplant, continues to fight for her life as she faces denial based on her vaccination status. Tragically, for individuals like Garnet Harper, who needed a kidney transplant but was denied due to vaccination status, it is already too late. His family is now left mourning his loss.

The Canadian Military Tribunal has recently stated that compelled vaccination may violate Charter rights. Additionally, a senior Health Canada official acknowledged that the underreporting of adverse events related to COVID-19 vaccines is a well-known fact. The increasing payouts for vaccine-injured Canadians further raise questions about the denial of service based on COVID-19 or mRNA treatments, potentially leading to the deaths of numerous Canadians.

To bring attention to this issue, a petition titled “Organs Not Coercion” was delivered to the McDougall Centre in Calgary, Alberta, where Premier Smith’s southern Alberta Office is located. Over 20,000 Canadians have added their names to the petition at OrgansNotCoercion.ca, urging Alberta to repeal any mandates or enforcement of COVID-19 treatments that create barriers to equal access to healthcare.

Premier Smith’s office received the petition and holds the power to address the issue in Alberta and ensure equal access to healthcare for the unvaccinated and those not fully compliant with new-age treatments. However, this problem extends beyond one province; Canadians nationwide are being denied life-saving surgeries. Therefore, the Organs Not Coercion Campaign has expanded to a national level, recognizing that this is a crisis affecting the entire country.

Pharmaceutical companies like Pfizer, who seek to financially and socially penalize those who refuse their drugs, have influenced politicians and doctors to deny life-saving care to tax-paying Canadians. Non-compliance with vaccination is now being met with a de facto death sentence. To voice opposition to this injustice, individuals are encouraged to add their names to the petition at OrgansNotCoercion.ca, sending a strong message to the government that this situation is unacceptable and will not be forgotten.
