No Green Reset: A Petition to Resist the Manipulation Towards a Shift to Green Energy

Globalists are pushing for a green reset, urging us to transition from fossil fuels to “green energy.” However, there is a growing sentiment that this shift is unnecessary, unwanted, and unacceptable. If you share this sentiment, we encourage you to sign this petition. Currently, we have received 24,308 signatures, and our goal is to reach 25,000.

In today’s world, it is no secret that the cost of living continues to rise. One area where we see these rising costs is in the grocery store. While some price increases may be attributed to grocery stores or processors increasing their margins and inflation, a significant portion of these costs are due to the rising input costs for farmers and ranchers, costs that are often beyond their control.

In Alberta, a province known for its agriculture, the people working in this industry have developed resilience to cope with challenges such as tough pest seasons or droughts. They understand that working in the prairies can be a feast or famine situation. However, beyond these natural obstacles, they are now facing increasing financial burdens imposed by the federal government, such as the carbon tax. For many farmers and ranchers, this has become the straw that breaks the camel’s back.

During our conversations with cattle ranchers and pig farmers at the Calgary Stampede, a common message emerged – they simply cannot afford to continue feeding their animals under the current circumstances. Many have been forced to sell off livestock as a result. It is important to note that these farmers and ranchers do not engage in their work to get rich. They do it out of love and a sense of duty because they understand that without them, people would go hungry.

Imagine the daunting task of feeding three-hundred cattle when hay prices have nearly doubled in just a few years’ time. Think about the rising fuel costs not for a short commute but for hauling cattle hundreds of miles in a semi-truck. Even the veterinary costs have increased, as the vet has to charge extra to cover the rising costs of getting their equipment out to your pasture. This paints a picture of the challenges that Canadian food producers are facing.

Rebel News had the privilege of speaking with many hardworking individuals who contribute to putting food on our tables. Their stories shed light on the reasons behind the continuous increase in grocery bills. If you share our love for Alberta and believe that Western stories need to be told, we ask for your support at RebelFieldReports.com.

The goal of this petition is to raise awareness about the struggles faced by farmers and ranchers in the midst of the global push towards a green reset. By signing this petition, you are standing against the manipulation towards a shift to green energy and advocating for the preservation of traditional farming practices. Let’s ensure that the voices of these hardworking individuals are heard and that their livelihoods are protected.

In conclusion, the proposed green reset raises concerns among many who believe that the transition to green energy is unnecessary and unwanted. The rising costs faced by farmers and ranchers, exacerbated by government-imposed financial burdens, make it even more challenging for them to sustain their operations. By signing this petition, you are sending a powerful message that change should not come at the expense of those who produce the food we depend on.
