Constitutional expert Jonathan Turley recently commented on the release of an FBI document by Senator Chuck Grassley, which revealed that Joe Biden was involved in a $10 million bribery scheme with Ukrainian oligarch Mykola Zlochevsky. The FD-1023 form, as stated in the document, claimed that the former Vice President forced Zlochevsky to pay him and his son, Hunter Biden.
The document used the term “poluchili,” which is Russian crime slang for being “forced or coerced to pay.” Additionally, Zlochevsky stated that he had text messages and recordings as evidence of the arrangement, which aimed to ensure the firing of Ukrainian Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin.
Furthermore, Zlochevsky retained two documents, likely financial records, to support this claim. It is worth noting that Joe Biden had publicly admitted to bribing Ukraine with $1 billion to dismiss Shokin, who was investigating corruption within Burisma, a company that employed Hunter Biden.
Despite the abundance of evidence implicating Joe Biden in a multi-million-dollar bribery scheme, the FBI has failed to take appropriate action and seems to be protecting the Biden family. Fox News host Shannon Bream discussed the FD-1023 form with IRS whistleblower Joseph Ziegler, who confirmed that he had never seen the document before. Ziegler believed that the form could provide additional validation of evidence in the case.
In light of this, Bream asked Turley for his assessment of why the FBI document never reached Ziegler’s desk. Turley responded by stating, “It increasingly seems like the FBI is the place where evidence goes to die. You send evidence to the FBI, and if it has the name Biden on it, it dies a very rapid death.”
The release of this information has raised concerns about potential corruption involving high-level politicians and calls for further investigation. Many question why the FBI, an agency responsible for upholding the law and investigating crimes, appears to be ignoring or neglecting evidence related to the Bidens’ alleged wrongdoing.
The FBI’s lack of action on this matter adds fuel to existing skepticism and reinforces the belief that some individuals are protected due to their political connections. The public deserves transparency and accountability, especially when it comes to potential corruption involving influential figures.
The release of the FD-1023 form and the subsequent discussions highlight the importance of ensuring that all individuals, regardless of their position or political affiliation, are subject to the same scrutiny and investigation. It remains to be seen whether further steps will be taken to address these allegations and determine the veracity of the evidence presented.
As the story continues to unfold, it is crucial for the public to remain engaged and demand transparency from institutions responsible for upholding justice. The FBI’s reputation hangs in the balance, and its response to this evidence will undoubtedly have significant implications for public trust in the agency. Only time will tell if further action will be taken to address the seriousness of the allegations against Joe Biden and his involvement in the bribery scheme with a Ukrainian oligarch.
