Title: The Historical Power Struggle: Evil’s Temporary Victory
Guest post by John L. Kachelman, Jr.
In today’s world, where misinformation and political targeting have become pervasive, it is important to remember that evil never truly wins. While it may seem like the bad guys are prevailing, history has shown us time and again that their wrongdoings will eventually catch up with them. As Hosea 8:1, 7 in the Bible states, “Like an eagle the enemy comes… because they have violated My covenant and rebelled against My Law… for they sow wind and they harvest a whirlwind.”
Political hits often rely on a constant stream of misinformation, malicious slander, and manipulated narratives. Targeted individuals rarely have a chance to defend themselves, as their valid rebuttals are ignored. This kind of political persecution is designed to intimidate and silence opposition, allowing the ruling elite to continue their nefarious activities without consequence.
Throughout history, punishing political enemies has been a common tactic employed by those seeking authoritarian control. Dictators like Stalin and Hitler used oppression, repression, and even elimination of kinship groups to suppress political opposition. Even in more recent times, political figures like Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton have engaged in the systematic targeting of their opponents.
The current era is witnessing an unprecedented level of vicious political targeting, embraced not only by national politicians but also by media pundits and even judicial courts. The accused are denied basic Constitutional rights, and their guilt is pre-determined by those who are guilty of the very same evils. This relentless stream of indictments, accusations, and evil propaganda is, in fact, a series of lies.
Terms such as national security, personal freedoms, racism, and human rights are often used deceptively to justify political persecution. These so-called “plastic words” can be molded to suit the power-hungry elite’s narrative, while misleading the population. The presence of unrelenting political targeting in our nation’s history has never been more well-documented. It distorts the rule of law, redefines civility, and allows an evil ruling class to assume an overlord position.
But history tells us that the evil elite will eventually face exposure and accountability. The manipulation, bias, and malevolent tactics they employ will be fully exposed, as will every sordid detail of their injustice. The population will learn the truth behind the propaganda and duplicity of those in power. Those who cooperated and congratulated the political oppression will be distinguished from those who were victims of it.
In the end, there will be justice. Historical records will stand as a testimony to the compromised characters who once held positions of power. The perpetrators will be held accountable for their crimes, and the population will learn from the bitter lessons of the past.
As we navigate through these challenging times, it is important to remember that evil’s victory is always temporary. We must refuse to give in, keep advancing, and have faith that ultimately justice will prevail. History is a reminder that no matter how powerful the evil elite may seem, their wrongdoing will not go unpunished.
