The film includes interviews with parents and survivors of CPS child trafficking, revealing a harrowing reality where foster children can be trapped in a nightmarish life of child prostitution. The remarkable paradox presented in the documentary is the return of deceased children in sealed caskets or with their remains cremated, raising questions about the fate of these innocent lives.

The location has been linked to the alleged Moloch worship practiced by globalist elites. Additionally, a case brought by Harvard-trained medical doctor Susan Spell against the county of Los Angeles, accusing it of racial discrimination against her children, is currently pending at the U.S. Supreme Court and has the potential to set a new legal precedent. A video capturing a CPS worker attempting to coerce a teenage foster girl into prostitution, which was broadcasted by a Fox affiliate, further illustrates the deeply troubling reality surrounding the CPS system in the area.
