As concerns grow over a “new strain” of Covid-19, there is apprehension that Covid restrictions may once again be implemented in the United States, just in time for the 2024 election. In the previous election, less than 50 thousand votes determined the outcome in four swing states. This means that with 10 thousand fraudulent mail-in ballots spread across those states, the result of the 2024 election could be swayed.
One resident from Virginia reportedly contracted the new variant, leading to skepticism from some individuals. Laura Loomer commented on this report, stating, “Here we go again… nobody is falling for this bulls**t. Everyone can see this is only happening now that Donald Trump is beating Joe Biden in the polls. NONE OF US ARE COMPLYING WITH YOUR LOCKDOWN LIES AND BULLS**T @JoeBiden!!! NONE OF US!”

During the 2020 election, 40 thousand votes across four swing states played a decisive role. Mail-in voting allowed Biden to gain significant ground late in the election night. Due to the pandemic, mail-in voting was widely accessible in swing states such as Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, Georgia, and Nevada. Prior to Covid, these states had stricter criteria for obtaining mail-in ballots.
However, with the arrival of the pandemic, the rules regarding mail-in ballots were altered without the approval of the state legislatures, rendering the changes illegal. The United States Supreme Court declined to take up Pennsylvania’s election case before the 2020 election, despite the changes made to the state’s mail-in voting laws. On election night, Biden received a substantial influx of mail-in ballots in Philadelphia.
