Rui da Fosenca e Castro it’s his name. When a judge had to scream at the guard over and over, reminding him the hierarchy and in a threathing manner, and still his colleagues go and put hands on the judge…I mean if this don’t tell you something! This guards are so entitled and arrogant and most of them are brain dead. They are empty vessels for any kind of policy. No thought just carry out mission whatever it might be. Dangerous stuff.
