Dear Governor-General,
I am writing this letter with deep concerns regarding the management and operations of the Andrews Government in Victoria, Australia. I am requesting a Federal investigation into the official statistics which have been used to enforce such draconian measures upon the people of Melbourne metropolitan under Stage 4 and Rural Victoria under Stage 3.
It is my understanding that we, Australia, are a democracy under a constitution and that the actions of Daniel Andrews are highly illegal and beyond his scope of power. We understand the initial response to the pandemic was based on the unknown and uncertainty which we feel is reasonable. However, this second wave of restrictions that we are currently under seems excessive and unjustified based on the statistics used for these measures. We are seeing a recovery rate of 99.98%.
Considering statistics based on influenza deaths in Victoria 2019, in comparison to the covid-19 deaths of 2020, is merely not even comparable. There are similarities within a demographic, which we have always understood as a nation, that the elderly and compromised, are always unfortunately vulnerable. And Governor, that is life as we know it. The hotel quarantine mismanagement defeated the entire purpose of the initial lockdown which saw business owners close their doors for good.
I request that Victorian Premier, Daniel Andrews, Victoria’s Chief of Health, Brett Sutton and Health Minister, Jenny Mikakos be investigated under section 44 of the COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA CONSTITUTION ACT and be dissolved Under Section 5.
Best regards,
