Australian Researchers Drop Truth Bomb on Ukraine Info War Tactics!

The published data shows that in the first week of the Ukraine-Russia war, there was a huge mass of pro-Ukrainian hashtag bot activity. Approximately 3.5 million tweets using the hashtag #IStandWithUkraine were sent by bots in that first week.
In fact, it was like someone had flicked a switch, when at the start of the war on 24 February, pro-Ukraine bot activity suddenly burst into life. On that first day of the war, the #IStandWithUkraine hashtag was used in as many as 38,000 tweets each hour, rising to 50,000 tweets an hour by day three of the war.

As far as I’m concerned, the more mainstream news wants me to think one way, I know to think the exact opposite. Thanks to following American politics when I became tired of Aussie politics when Turnbull was ousted, and checking the facts, I learned how corrupt the world truly was. Respect to those university researchers! I suspect the head researcher has tenure (meaning they can’t be dismissed very easily). Tenure is hard to get, but gives researchers job security and more balls to do research that some may deem controversial. Realistically, all researchers should be free to pursue their scientific inquiries without fear of job loss, social ostracism, and so on. Massive respect to those Adelaide university scientists.

This Adelaide University report doesn’t surprise me – except that we are hearing about it. I am horrified to see our government investing in war. If we must send any funds offshore ( and there are so many places to invest it in Australia) then it should be for diplomacy and conciliation, not escalation and terrorism.
