BREAKING NEWS on Hunter Biden’s Chinese Business Partner
By Bill Antonio
The Daily Caller News Foundation’s investigation raised even more concerns about FBI and one should ask the question “What kind of role the law enforcement agencies play?”
The report shows that the FISA process came under intense scrutiny during the investigation of the Trump campaign’s ties to Russia because the FBI was found to have misled the FISC regarding evidence against Carter Page, and provided false information to the FISC.
It is obvious that when law enforcement agencies begin to corrupt, it means that the country is on the edge of a cliff. Following the money flow of the above mentioned money laundering case and other related clues, it is not difficult to find that the shadow of the Chinese Communist Party is everywhere.
The Daily Caller News Foundation published a breaking news article on Oct. 27, 2020 about Hunter Biden’s Chinese business partner. The article contains the following key messages:
Federal investigators obtained a Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrant against one of Hunter Biden’s Chinese business associates, named Patrick Ho Chi Ping, suggesting that Patrick Ho Chi Ping was suspected of acting as a covert agent of a foreign government.
Patrick Ho Chi Ping was charged on Dec. 18, 2017 with conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and money laundering related to CEFC China Energy contracts in Uganda and Chad. Ho had been an executive at the multi-billion dollar Chinese energy company CEFC before his arrest.
The Daily Caller News Foundation obtained the court filing in Feb. 2018, showing that there was at least one FISA warrant against Patrick Ho Chi Ping.
After almost three years of investigation, The Daily Caller News Foundation found out that Hunter Biden was also involved in Ho’s money laundering case. A recent Senate report, released last month, reveals that an affiliate of CEFC wired $5 million to Biden’s law firm during the period between August 2017 and August 2018. Furthermore, Hunter Biden also represented Ho during his legal battle.
According to a December 2018 report from The New York Times, Ho made his first telephone call in November 2017 following his arrest to James Biden, the brother of the former vice president Joe Biden. What is the relationship between Ho and Biden’s family?
The Senate report also reveals that a shell company affiliated with CEFC known as Hudson West III wired $1 million to Biden’s law firm, Owasco, on March 22, 2018. The payment was designated for “Dr. Patrick Ho Chi Ping Representation”.
Other than these suspicious bribery and money laundering transactions, according to a report from The New Yorker, CEFC’s chairman, Ye Jianming, raised concerns with Biden in summer 2017 about a possible investigation into Ho. Now, the Republican senators’ report asserts that Biden’s relationship with CEFC posed counterintelligence concerns due to Ye’s links to the People’s Liberation Army of China and the Chinese Communist Party. The court filings in Ho’s case suggest that federal investigators had counterintelligence concerns about Ho.
The Daily Caller News Foundation reports that federal investigators obtained a FISA warrant allowing them to conduct electronic and physical surveillance of Ho’s property. And of course, Ho’s lawyers tried to block any evidence obtained through the FISA process from being used at Ho’s trial. Prosecutors in the Southern District of New York, where the case was tried, responded in a court filing of their own defending the use of evidence from the FISA in Ho’s case. Ho was convicted in March 2019 and sentenced to three years in prison.
On Tuesday (October 27, 2020), the National Pulse website published a Hunter Biden’s audio recording clip, in which people can hear clearly that Hunter Biden called Ho as a “China’s spy chief.” Does it mean Hunter Biden knew he was working with a Chinese Communist Party spy? Furthermore, Hunter Biden’s text messages about his business dealings with CEFC that he was aware that his work was supposed to register with the Justice Department under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). Hunter Biden also wrote to his then-business partner Tony Bobulinski on May 1, 2017: “We don’t want to have to register as foreign agents under the FCPA which is much more expansive [expensive] than people who should know choose not to know.”
