BRISBANE SUPREME COURT –
MANDATE CHALLENGE

Dominic Villa SC
(Senior Counsel) is the barrister for the group of 7 police: https://newchambers.com.au/barristers/dominic-villa-sc/

In court, the necessity for articulation that there NEVER should have been a Direction / Mandate . . . that it was / is illegal and the CoP, along with many others – are guilty of breaches of human rights – all of those who mandated jabs.
Villa argued the legality.
The Justice asked about reviews and the removal of the Mandate.
O’Gorman was talking about the Mandate being removed, and the Justice was asking about removing the legality from the start.
Very confusing!
Meanwhile, the Police argument came across as being one where it’s intimated that the CoP should have reviewed and dropped the Mandate.
. NO!
It is essential that this Judicial Review sets a precedence so that this DOES NOT happen again.
The outcome needs to be that EVERYONE is back to work – Health Care, Disability Care, Aged Care, Education, Emergency Services . . . EVERYONE‼️
The fight was not about the Mandate / Direction alone!
The fight was human rights and the unlawfulness of the Direction. That is what Queensland People signed up to – not to drop the Direction / Mandate, but to drop ALL JABS FOR EVERYONE.
. THE PEOPLE ARE NOT HAPPY
This last day was the most important day of this entire trial.
It wasn’t about vaccines or efficacy – that fight is for another day.
This was about stopping the madness that is vaccine mandates.
These court cases are now over.
And so we wait for Justice Martin to call the respective lawyers and barristers back to deliver his judgement.
When that will be is anyone’s guess. There could be delays to further delay the judgement. It could be 1 week, 2 weeks, a month, 2 months – nobody has any idea at this stage.
NOW WE WAIT.
One of the incredibly important things about this whole case is that so many Australian citizens did whatever they had to do to pay for the unbelievably huge legal bill.
I will get confirmation of approximately how many thousand per person they paid. To get an idea – If it was eg: $10,000 – multiply that by the 73 people who pushed this case forward!
⭐️⭐️We owe a HUGE THANK YOU to these Australian citizens for getting organised, getting together and taking a stand to getting the job done. Pushing back and insisting on taking back what has been unjustly taken from you is important – for so many reasons and on so many levels. Money is not the only sacrifice that has been made here.
The amazing people who insisted that this case go ahead – deserve a standing ovation, a huge hug, pat on the back, hand-shake and gratitude for as long as they can bear it. They’ve been at this since SEPTEMBER 2021!
