In a precautionary measure, the White House grounds were evacuated, and a hazmat team from the D.C. Fire and EMS was called in.

According to a transmission captured on openmhz.com, a D.C. fire official reported the presence of “cocaine hydrochloride” at the White House. The Washington Post has independently verified the authenticity of the transmission, which was timestamped at 8:49 p.m. on Sunday night.
Meanwhile, the Biden family returned to the White House for Independence Day celebrations, despite the ongoing investigation. President Joe Biden, First Lady Jill Biden, their son Hunter, his wife Melissa, and their three-year-old son Beau arrived via Marine One on Tuesday.
Preliminary tests conducted on the white powder confirmed that it contained cocaine, DailyMail reported. The Secret Service is currently conducting an investigation into the incident to determine the source and circumstances surrounding the discovery.
