Did Australian Councils Allow 5G Installations Without Health and Environmental Safety Studies First?

A High Court ruling recently stated that the 5G installations are illegal and have to be removed.
Installed by your local council illegally with no Health and Safety Risk Assessment or Environmental Impact Analysis. Get those Freedom of Information Requests to the CEO of your local councils. Ask to see the Health and Safety Risk Assessment, the Environmental Impact Analysis, and the Insurance Policy for the equipment. None of these have been done. They have to remove them now. We have them.

I have done my FOI request to the council in North Cornwall. It was returned to me saying that they are not responsible, it’s the network providers & OFCOM they said.

In 2019 I did the FOI request with my local council in Qld, Australia, and obtained a copy of the insurance documents. The insurance documents showed nothing, all the pages were “classified”, blacked out pages. That was in 2019.

Ppl need to be careful of the terms and wording of any FOIA type request… Otherwise some savvy council types will omit or distort what is returned to you.
One example is focusing on the TYPE of equipment/mast/tower in question. I have searched technical docs to find their own terms. Contact me if need be.

On checking out the APPARENT judgment this refers to – CO/3114/2021, against Brighton Council – although in the claimant’s favour, 5G is NOT mentioned at all inside the case, and the judgment is a year old. Mark Steele appears to be damaging the cause of all of us by implying otherwise. Can the guy be trusted?

Yaaaay, thank God, about time these EMF psychopathic murdering criminals were given their own marching orders to a Court of Law for deliberate and wilful harming of JoePublic by dangerous 5G EMF radiation.
