Commissioner Karen Webb is just stalling for time and making excuses. Had this been anyone else, they would have been charged and bail denied!
This cop tasered a 95-year-old woman with a walking frame. She is dead, and the cop is free “pending an autopsy”.
The next minute, the Police will claim she died of natural causes.
