Queensland’s Human Rights Commission Has Claimed a Direction Requiring Teachers and Early Childcare Workers To Be Fully Vaxxinated Is Not Justified, and Outside the Chief Health Officer’s Power
By QLD Education United
“Queensland’s Human Rights Commission has claimed a direction requiring teachers and early childcare workers to be fully vaccinated is not justified, and outside the chief health officer’s power.”
In addition, we learned last night that The Minister of Health’s Human Rights Compatibility Certificate misses references to Article 17 of the Queensland Human Rights Act:
“Protection from torture and cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment
A person must not be—
(c) subjected to medical or scientific experimentation or treatment without the person’s full, free and informed consent.”
The Minister of Health must produce a certificate that the legislation is compatible with Human Rights. Her certificate makes no reference to the VACCINE mandate directive, and its compatibility to article 17, or any other article. Her certificate of compatibility really only explores detention (lockdowns/quarantine), and loss of movement.
The Department of Justice and Attorney General have a complaints process:
Part 3 of the Human Rights Act details that there is a recourse process through the Attorney General. These complaints can be confidential. Please follow the link provided to make a complaint to the Department of Justice:
