Russia Launched Surprise OFFENSIVE in Luhansk
By HistoryLegends
Russia launched a surprise offensive along the Northern front in Luhansk, using their infamous Storm-Z assault detachments. By now, they have established a solid bridgehead across the Zerebets river, as Ukraine is urgently sending reinforcements to the 2nd line of defense. Russia’s goal is to push all the way until the Oskol river.
Here’s what others had to say:

I love how the media is ignoring the Russian Offensive but emphasizing the Ukrainian Offensive which is a complete stalemate
@jasondelvaux3036
The Ukrainian offensive is not at a “stalemate.” The Russians have not been trying to push forward — until very recently — they have been waiting for Ukrainians to send men & equipment to them while holding their defensive lines. “Stalemate” implies that the two sides are equally matched & one cannot gain advantage over the other, which is not the case. As has been one of their most frequent tactics, the Russians take a defensive posture & let the Ukrainians break on them like a wave. It has worked brilliantly so far, so why risk higher losses by pushing ahead? Let the West spend themselves. But what has begun to happen — because of their excellent tactics so far — is Ukraine can no longer offer serious resistance, so now Russia will start to make a push.

The use of the Storm Z units is an interesting case of history coming full circle. It was invented by the Russians who used it very successfully in the Brusilv offensive against Austria-Hungary. Then it was copied by the German who used these tactics as the basis for their stormtroopers corps. Then it was used by the Japanese and later copied by the Chinese who used it against the Americans in Korea.
Now after all that time, Russians are using it again and they are using it against a force that literally uses a flag which is basically just a color-swapped Autro-Hungarian flag and memorializes the Austro-Hungarian Sich rifles as they progenitors…
Its what the Cardassians would recognize as a repetitive epic. In the words of George Lucas, it’s like poetry; it rhymes.
@TheCrowdsOpinion
support this guy, he is doing great journalistic work, never will the MSM tell you the truth but this guy gives you a whole new perspective of the war . keep it up
@emirbenaissa3441
I think we should all acknowledge, no matter our allegiances, that a complete strategic defeat of Russia, is simply not gonna happen.
@Yuri_Volkov
In fact, the front “breathes” In its various sectors, both Russians and Ukrainians have success. The good news is that Zelensky throws his reserves into battle on the first of the three Russian defense lines, which were intended to develop success after a breakthrough Russian defense. At the same time, where are the two new armies that Shoigu formed.
@justaguy5384
It’s crazy how the Russians managed to get 5 km while only using shovels.
@user-yl1cu7jm8s
Outstanding reporting and analysis. Unique amongst battlefield reporters. Love the historical context as well as the detailed descriptions of both tactical and strategic moved. Keep up the good work!!
@user-or9gr5py4c
It’s a peculiar situation I find myself in.
You’re channel provides extremely verifiable information that 99% of western military experts “unaware of”
@Hadrian9707
You probs won’t see this comment, but I gotta say that out of the many MANY news outlets and YouTube channels I’ve seen covering this war; you did this REALLY well. You’re giving nothing, but facts in this vid and you aren’t being biased towards one side. Maybe your other vids might lean towards being pro-Ukrainian a bit, but with this vid alone; you did great on it~
@snaymer1858
It is ironic that Ukraine lost more territory during its counteroffensive than it had before the attack.
@NorweigeinBall
HistoryLeganeds gives accurate information on what’s happing on the front lines, and just makes it more simple
@mspakkisboy
Ukraine’s so-called spring offensive, which became a summer offensive, has turned out to be a failure. Tens of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers have literally thrown themselves against the well-prepared Russian defense lines and been smashed to pieces. As a military “strategy” it has been a tragedy.
@no2war274
Well, apparently the main Ukrainian “thrust” has began according to sources in Pentagon, so… Awaiting your analysis of said thrust and the situation in general. Thank you for your work.
