Here’s what others had to say:

It is amazing how Russia has become more self-sufficient, and totally inoculated itself from any western sanctions or financial pressure. Good for them. Hard not to be impressed.

The sad part is this war was SO unnecessary. I am TRULY ashamed our gov’ts here in the West CONNED the Ukr people into this terrible situation.
@DajeilGelian
Russia has 370 active ships plus 64 submarines. And now they have another learning point. We learn nothing from our wins and can learn everything from our mistakes.
The only people that learn nothing from their mistakes since 1991 seem to be the Galicians/Ukrainians.
But then again- those who have Americans as friends need no enemies- and Kissinger repeatedly warned everyone that “being a friend of the US can be deadly.”

“The goal is NOT to win the war. The goal is to use the war to wash money out of the tax bases of the United States and out of the tax bases of European countries and back into the hands of a Transnational Security Elite. THAT is the goal. To have an ENDLESS war, NOT a SUCCESSFUL war.”

Interview – 8 October 2011

2 months passed, 43k dead ukranians. I know this is a Russian MoD estimate, but…somehow it seems more believable when you are attacking a heavily fortified defence line without air support and very limited artillery support….whereas the defenders have full air support and 10 times the artillery support as you do.
@kenrik2105
US lost 56K troops in Vietnam over 8 years; Ukraine lost 43K in 60 days. Why don’t Ukrainians stand-up against Kiev?
@annuvynarawn392
I am ashamed my government is throwing more money and controversial weapons into this continuing atrocity. Boris Johnson has a lot to answer for and has so much blood on his hands.
@StibbonsPonder
Thank you for your reports. I have been listening to you for a while, and you have regularly been clinically tactical. Today, your distress at the pointlessness and tragedy of the Ukrainians’ approach was palpable. Under the laws of war, risking the lives of your troops in situations where there is no tactical justification – no chance of success and no conceivable benefit in a bigger picture – is not justifiable. It is a war crime.

Having urged more personal overall assessments, it was a joy to hear Dima’s assessment of the last 2 months. You can do this and it adds value to a long chain of comments about line of control events. Perhaps an overall assessment comment at the end of each episode?
@Z_America
Average age of ukrainian POW jusmped from 25 to 45 . Ukraine is running fast out of male population. US project ‘TO THE LAST UKRAINIAN’ is come fast to its successful completion.
@TimBrianTufuga
Absolutely agree with the strength of BRICS in supporting Russia which has resulted in not only in the successful economic perfomrance of the Russian economy despite the sanctions but also in the improvement of the Russian economy than before the sanctions were imposed. This proves that the WESTERN economic influence throughout the world is not as powerful as they thought they were. Moreoever, this reveals how powerful BRICS really are in negating the Western imposed sanctions upon a powerful Nation like Russia. In a zero sum outcome…..this includes the Nuremberh trials imposed by the ICC even before the war is over….as the old adage stipulates…..to victors goes the spoils……Russia will win the Ukrainian War….the oucome is NATO and the EU will be brought down to their knees in global humiliation like the Ukrainian Offensives….It is a global humiliation for Ukraine, NATO and the West…..A Zero Sum for Russia!!! Stupid American Military commanders…..Get rid of them….utter baffoons…Groupthink!!!
@kennesaw101
The KERCH bridge wasn’t destroyed only damaged. Even if it was gone it would make little difference. before it opened in 2018 the russians managed to supply crimea using ships , aircraft and barges. They still have the possibility to use the land corridor along the coast.
