Here’s what others had to say:
@GregorydavidMck
Astoundingly calm, warm communication, from a man who spends his days viewing, condensing and summarizing death and destruction on such a grand scale. My proverbial hat, is thus doffed, to you. Cheers. Stay safe.

I think it was March or so when I started seeing Kursk 1943 all over again; even the town names were similar: Poltava, Belgorod, Mariupol, Kiev. They are literally fighting in the exact same area as 80 years ago. I thought “Russia will just do what they did back then as they are on the defensive, their rear is secure, and they have a lot more soldiers.” Nothing I’ve seen in the past 6 months has changed my opinion.

When will this all end, I had a half-sister who passed away Good Friday this year she was 24 years older than me. She and my father were suffering the effects of a war that happened over 70 years ago. My father never met his daughter or any of his grandchildren. He passed away in 1982. I could see the pain of someone who was missing her father. My father was grabbed by the SS and sent to Germany in 1942 into forced labour. He could never go back given the politics. Fortunately for me, he came to Australia and married my mother. The wounds of war are far-reaching many never heal. The sad reality is many migrants came to Australia after the second world war from opposite sides. They all got on. They worked together, socialised together, their children married each other, and they had grandchildren together. War is old people who know and hate each other telling young people who don’t know or hate each other to go and kill each other. No wonder my father held political leaders in low regard. My father given his experience had the attitude if your caught up in a war just run for your life.

The v shape incursion by the Ukrainian Offensive is likened to the British Light Brigade, whereby they charged deep into the Russian defensive lines directly at the Russian artillery lines on a frontal attack whilst on all their flanks the British Light Brigade were well within the Russian Artillery infilade kill pocket from the Flanks. As the British pressed deeper in a foolhardy adrenalin rush attack directly at the Russian Artillery positions the British Light Brigade was shredded to the last man on horseback by the pocket bombardment by the Russian artillery from both left and right of the British Light Brigade. This was the Charge of Light Brigade, which was immortalised by Lord Alfred Tennyson.

Zaporozhye direction, in the Orikhiv district, the Ukrainians attacked Kopani , but without success. Heavy fighting continues at Robotyne and tge Russians are also holding the line at Verbove. There were no serious changes on the Vremivka tactical bridgehead during the day.

I remember watching a video (I think Rybar) about a month ago where some senior Russian officer….who seemed to know what he was talking about…expressed his confident opinion…..quite matter of factly……that the Ukrainians would run out of puff around the end of August….he had no doubt at all.
@elysianfields1671
People think Ukraine is fighting this war and is being supported by the west. Big mistake! the west (USA basically) is fighting this war with Russia and being supported by Ukrainian lives.
@merijnhugens
The Russian Air Force shot down a Ukrainian Mi-8 in the Zalivnoye area of the Zaporozhye region. Russian anti-aircraft gunners shot down two enemy Su-25s in the areas of Malaya Tokmachka and Novodanilovka in the Zaporozhye area.
@AO-ow6tt
The entire frontline has been prepared and transformed not only as an impenetrable wall of defensive lines but also as a death trap to destroy and annihilate all the AFU without leaving them the chance to retreat for regrouping and rebuilding their forces.
@LevanGudadze
The Armed Forces of Ukraine have lost up to 800 military and over two dozen armored vehicles and artillery systems over the past 24 hours, as well as one Su-25 attack aircraft and one Mi-8 helicopter, which I will also talk about on my channel, because recently the daily losses of the Ukrainian armed forces have increased significantly in a number of sectors of the front, according to data from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
@zani1106
Russia for the first time has used its KH-50 stealth cruise missile in a successful attack on an ammunition depot in Ukraine’s Zaporozhye region last night
The KH-50 is very bad news for NATO and the Kiev regime as the missile is cheaper then the kh-101 and scaled for mass production
Very little is known about kh-50 specifications since the project is shrouded in mystery except that its latest product is a stealthy medium range subsonic cruise missile
the kh-50 comes through as a miniaturized version of kh-101 missile.
Expect to see more of it.
