The WHO Treaty Was Already in Place – Essential Information

The WHO treaty was already in place – ESSENTIAL information. Apparently, this ‘treaty’ was installed by Kevin Rudd. We are already under control under the biosecurity act. Criminal investigation NOW. Not even the Senate can stop it. The greatest abuse.
More information as to the influence the WHO has over Australia.
S477 of the Biosecurity Act says that the Health Minister can introduce a State of Emergency on the recommendation of the WHO (part c).
It should also be noted the S476 says that this cannot be overturned by the Senate I.e. Parliament.
In other words, there is NO parliamentary check on WHO recommendations.
The Health Minister can unilaterally impose a State of Emergency using recommendations made to them by the WHO.
Given most Health Ministers have no idea about health. They will rely on their Chief Health Officer who regularly attends WHO conferences.
Don’t forget Paul Kelly, Australia’s CHO has previously admitted in estimates he follows treaties not health advice!

“BIOSECURITY ACT 2015 – SECT 477
Health Minister may determine emergency requirements during human biosecurity emergency period
(1) During a human biosecurity emergency period, the Health Minister may determine any requirement that he or she is satisfied is necessary…….(c) if a recommendation has been made to the Health Minister by the World Health Organization under Part III of the International Health Regulations in relation to the declaration listed human disease–to give effect to the recommendation.”
