Trump’s Successful Day in Court: 80% of James’ Lawsuit Thrown Out

Donald Trump was in court all day Monday as New York Attorney General Letitia James attempted to use a civil lawsuit filed against Trump to take his New York properties and bar him from doing business in the state of New York. Trump said he came to court on Monday because “he wanted to watch this witch hunt for himself.” Trump was victorious Monday despite being given Trump-hating Judge Arthur Engoron. Judge Engoron ruled that 80% of AG James’ case against Trump must be thrown out due to the statute of limitations.
Upon leaving court, Trump announced that 80% of James’ case against him had been thrown out, saying, “That last 5 minutes was outstanding because the judge essentially conceded that the statute of limitations we won at the court of appeals is in effect, therefor about 80% of the case is over.”
Trump reveals that a New York judge has thrown out 80 percent of Letitia James' case against him. The law doesn’t matter to AG James as she is so determined to get Trump by any means necessary. Maybe it’s time for New York’s lawless AG to be disbarred.

Monday was a major victory for Trump. Before entering court, Trump gave remarks that every news station in America covered. The American people were able to see firsthand the witch hunt that is underway. Before entering court, Trump said, “People are getting it, I can tell you the voters are getting it because every time they gave me a fake indictment, I go up in the polls and that has never happened before.”
The Letitia James witch hunt is backfiring in a major way. Trump also posted on TruthSocail just before entering the courtroom, writing, “JUST ARRIVED AT THE COURTHOUSE TO FIGHT A CORRUPT & RACIST ATTORNEY GENERAL, AND A ROGUE, OUT OF CONTROL, TRUMP HATING JUDGE, WHO REFUSES TO FOLLOW THE APPELLATE COURT DECISION WHICH KNOKS OUT 80% OF THIS SHAM CASE. THIS IS THE CONTINUATION OF THE GREATEST WITCH HUNT OF ALL TIME. ELECTION INTERFERENCE!”
