Smiths Station Mayor and Baptist pastor F.L. “Bubba” Copeland tragically took his own life in front of police on Friday shortly after a local news outlet exposed his secret online life as a “transgender curvy girl” named Brittini Blaire Summerlin. Copeland shot himself after his vehicle was stopped by Lee County Sheriff’s deputies, who were conducting a welfare check.
