A man in northern Mexico, identified only as ‘Carlos N.’, has been arrested for terrorizing and robbing locals using a knife-wielding Chucky doll, a popular horror movie character. The man is accused of disturbing public order, endangering the public, and demanding money from them in the city of Monclova, located in the northern state of Coahuila. Juan Raul Alcocer, a former director of the Monclova Police, stated that the man would put the doll in people’s faces and scare them, which is considered an offense and led to his arrest.

The incident took place in the city’s main public square, and both Carlos N. and the Chucky doll were taken to a local police precinct where they were handcuffed and had their mugshots taken.
